Every class we deliver is taught by a DOL-authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer — not a facilitator reading from a script. Our instructors hold active credentials issued by OSHA Training Institute Education Centers, verifiable directly with the U.S. Department of Labor.
Each instructor's credentials are issued by an OSHA Training Institute Education Center and are verifiable at osha.gov. Credential IDs are listed on each profile.
Nick Jones is an OSHA-authorized Construction Outreach Trainer credentialed through the University of Alabama OSHA Training Institute Education Center — one of the DOL's official authorized training centers for OSHA outreach instruction.
His authorization covers both OSHA 10-Hour and OSHA 30-Hour Construction courses, making him qualified to train everyone from entry-level field workers to site supervisors and safety managers.
Nick also holds National Safety Council (NSC) instructor certification for First Aid, CPR & AED — with a Classification S designation, meaning he is authorized to deliver CPR and First Aid training in both English and Spanish. This makes him one of the few instructors in North Georgia capable of delivering bilingual life safety training to Spanish-speaking workforces.
Prince El is a dual-authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer holding both OSHA 500 (Construction) and OSHA 501 (General Industry) authorizations — a distinction that allows him to deliver training across a wider range of workplaces than most instructors. He brings this breadth of perspective into every class, helping workers and supervisors connect safety principles to the specific conditions of their industry.
His professional background spans five years in logistics, warehousing, and operational environments — roles at PRE Logistics where safety, hazard awareness, compliance, and team accountability were embedded in daily operations. That hands-on experience shapes how he teaches: grounding OSHA standards in real workplace conditions rather than abstract regulation.
Through The Zanis Group, Prince El serves as a leadership, training, and operational resource for organizations looking to build stronger safety cultures and more structured workforce practices. His training approach is direct, practical, and built around the belief that most workplace incidents are preventable — when workers learn to recognize the warning signs early.
"Safety training should do more than check a box. It should help people slow down, recognize hazards earlier, and make better decisions before someone gets hurt."
The DOL's OSHA Outreach Training Program requires that all 10-Hour and 30-Hour courses be delivered by an authorized trainer. Here's what that means for your business.
We encourage you to verify our trainers' authorization independently. OSHA makes trainer credential verification available through the OSHA Outreach Training Program.
